Chocolate white chocolate chip cookies
These are one of my favorites! This recipe for chocolate white chocolate chip cookies tastes a lot like the Paradise Bakery black diamond cookie.
Ingredients
1 cup butter
3/4 cup brown sugar
1 cup white sugar
2 eggs
2 teaspoons vanilla
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 3/4 cups flour
1 cup cocoa powder
2 teaspoons baking soda
2 cups white chocolate chips
Directions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees and grease cookie sheet.
In a large bowl, cream together the butter, brown sugar and white sugar until light and fluffy. Add eggs one at a time, beating well with each addiction. Add the salt and vanilla.
In another bowl, combine the flour, cocoa and baking soda and gradually add to the creamed mixture. Fold in chocolate chips. Use a large Pampered Chef scoop to place cookies on a baking stone. Flatten the cookies a bit before putting them into the oven to bake.
Bake for 11-12 minutes until fluffy but still soft. Allow cookies to cool on baking sheet for 3-4 minutes before removing to a wire rack to cool completely.
Yield: About 24 cookies.
