In other news, our friends Mark and Amber have carefully prepared their home to go on the market in preparation for moving to Utah for Mark to enroll at BYU in June to complete his doctorate, and after one day on the market they received two offers and have now sold their home.

It’s a testament to how good preparation, a skilled real estate agent and smart pricing can result in a sale, even in a slower housing market.

We’re so thrilled for them to have that item removed from their checklist.

They’re moving out the end of April. We’ll miss them, that’s for sure.

The pollen count in Vegas is just ridiculous. I still am struggling with a stubborn sinus infection and it appears as if both Eliana and Dominic have a touch of it as well. I haven’t slept through the night all week. I just can’t breathe at night and sleeping pills haven’t done the trick. Ugh!
