Day 6 of my full-time mission
Area: Missionary Training Center, Provo, Utah

I got up at 5 today. Kind of early, huh? But I was psyched to read in the Book of Mormon. I read through 1 Nephi 13 today and I learned so much. It was absolutely amazing. I’ve never gotten so much out of the scriptures.

But I did have a low point tonight. I started to wonder why I was here and if I really did have a testimony. Well, I feel better now, but that’s still in the back of my mind. I got a tape from Evan today but I don’t have a tape player, so I’ll work on that.

I got a nice compliment from Sis. Bradley, one of our teachers today. She said I was a very loving, compassionate person; that I really radiated brotherly love.

I need to work a lot of things though.

Tonight we took a walk up to the Provo Temple and it was beautiful to be outside, but my allergies are betting bad. I can’t wait to go to the temple Wednesday!

Elder Cuff, our other teacher, is from Richfield! Small world, huh?

Well, I do love the Lord. I hope He stays by me.
